Welcome to the official website of the Rancho Santa Anita Residents’ Association, also known as the Lower Rancho Homeowners Association.
The Lower Rancho HOA is a community of 775 homes in Arcadia, CA. Located south of Colorado Boulevard, and east of Michillinda Avenue to the LA County Arboretum; as well as the College Streets east of Baldwin Avenue.
The Lower Rancho HOA exists to strengthen our neighborhood by encouraging community, communication, and shared responsibility. We support neighborhood safety, promote awareness of Architectural Review standards, and work to bring neighbors together.
Architectural Review Board
Our Architectural Review Board (ARB) is responsible for reviewing proposed exterior changes to homes within the Lower Rancho neighborhood. The board works in partnership with homeowners to ensure that improvements are consistent with established community standards and helps preserve the overall look and value of the neighborhood.
