Membership and Dues

Whether you are new to the area or have lived here for years, your participation helps keep our neighborhood connected. We’re glad you’re here!

Being a Supporting Member of the HOA is completely voluntary, but we strive to make your contribution truly worthwhile. Yearly dues are just $35 per household, and 100% of those funds go directly toward bettering our community.

Your dues pay for:

  • Maintenance of this community website

  • Printing and mailing The Peacock Call newsletter

  • Supporting community events

As a Supporting Member, you'll have a direct say in our future by voting in Board elections and on all HOA measures. You will also be eligible to run for a seat on the Board! You'll be entered into giveaways throughout the year and enjoy reduced entry to HOA events whenever a fee applies.

All HOA and ARB Board positions are 100% volunteer-based, meaning every dollar goes right back into the neighborhood.

How to Become a Supporting Member

Step 1: Update Your Contact Info Please submit your contact info through the form on this page so we know how to reach you.

Step 2: Submit Your $35 Dues

  • Pay with Zelle: Use the Zelle function in your banking app and find us using our Zelle ID: LowerRanchoHOA@gmail.com. Please put your property address in the memo/message section.

  • Pay by Check: Make checks payable to “Rancho Santa Anita Residents Association” and mail them to:
