Membership and Dues
Whether you are new to the area or have lived here for years, your participation helps keep our neighborhood connected. We’re glad you’re here!
Being a Supporting Member of the HOA is completely voluntary, but we strive to make your contribution truly worthwhile. Yearly dues are just $35 per household, and 100% of those funds go directly toward bettering our community.
Your dues pay for:
Maintenance of this community website
Printing and mailing The Peacock Call newsletter
Hosting community events
Being a supporting member also means you are eligible to vote in all HOA Board elections and HOA measures. You will also be entered into giveaways throughout the year
All HOA and ARB Board positions are 100% volunteer-based, meaning every dollar goes right back into the neighborhood.
Currently Membership Dues can only be paid by check. We will update this page once we have setup electronic payments.
