Membership and Dues
Whether you are new to the area or have lived here for years, your participation helps keep our neighborhood connected. We’re glad you’re here!
Being a paid and active member of the HOA is completely voluntary, but we strive to make your contribution truly worthwhile. Yearly dues are just $35 per household, and 100% of those funds go directly toward bettering our community.

Maintenance of this community website
Printing and mailing The Peacock Call newsletter
Hosting community events
All HOA and ARB Board positions are 100% volunteer-based, meaning every dollar goes right back into the neighborhood.
