Membership Dues

Joining the HOA and paying dues is completely voluntary, but we hope you’ll consider doing both to help strengthen our community. By submitting your information, you help us get to know our neighbors and make it easier to share community events, updates, and things that affect our neighborhood.

All Board Members are volunteers, and 100% of dues go directly toward bettering our neighborhood. This includes maintaining this website, producing the Peacock Call newsletter, and—something we’re especially excited about—what we hope will become an annual neighborhood picnic.

Whether you’re new to the area or have lived here for years, your participation helps keep our neighborhood connected. Get involved however you can—we’re glad you’re here.
